Guest coordination: Prepare guest lists, send invitations, and track responses.
Member liaison: Provide professional, timely communication to build positive relationships with members.
Internal collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the Goldsmiths’ Company to support event delivery.
Digital systems: Use platforms including the members’ portal, CRM, Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom to manage events and engagement.

Membership engagement: Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times.
