My early training was at Kent Institute of Art and Design, where I learned not only the practical craft of the Goldsmith, but also developed the skills that enable me to give form to the ideas I envisage and create pieces that really are inspired by my enthusiasm for innovative jewellery design. These skills were further honed working at a major international jeweller at Hatton Garden in London.
My inspiration also comes from the people I create jewellery for. Matching the spirit and aspirations of a person is deeply satisfying.
I love the whole process from generating an idea, thinking in 3 dimensions, working with precious materials, overcoming challenges, and ultimately creating something that is truly unique and exquisite for somebody to cherish.
I make no distinction between the status of my clients. Whilst I have worked on a number of expensive pieces for celebrities, I apply the same high standards to anything that I work on, giving all my clients the pleasure of knowing that they will have something that is not only precious, but above all individual to them.
