About this designer / maker

Having spent a decade working under master goldsmiths in Ireland, Belgium, Germany, America and the UK, David moved to London to complete an MA in Jewellery design. Since graduating David has won the Gold Award for Fine Jewellery in the National Craft Competition in Ireland, the IJL Fine Jewellery Award and two awards for his stonesetting skills at this year's Goldsmiths' Craft and Design Awards. David has recently opened his own shop in Exmouth Market, London where he also creates his stunning jewellery.

The pursuit of fluid curves, pure minimalist forms and how they compliment the contours of  the body is the inspiration for his designs. These curves are then further accentuated with micro pave-setting. David is solely involved in each piece from concept to creation. His traditionally trained background combined with modern techniques result in exquisitely crafted jewellery with a fresh contemporary edge.
