Using sound Arts and Crafts values and aesthetics as their starting point, Anton Pruden and Rebecca Smith quickly established a name for high quality, handmade, contemporary silverware. Alongside three generations of uncompromising craftsmanship (Anton’s Grandfather was the silversmith in the Guild of St Joseph and St Dominic). Rebecca’s fine art training ensures design excellence. Each piece is lovingly formed, hammered and finished in the knowledge that the individuality will live on, way past that of the maker. Handmade in heavy hallmarked silver and beautifully proportioned, heavy gauge materials are always used and all items bear UK hallmarks. Traditional and modern methods are employed to make items of practicality as well as beauty. Hammer marks (known as planishing marks) are usually left in, where appropriate, in the Arts and Crafts style. Your first purchase will not be your last! A 28 page full colour catalogue is now available showing their eight ranges of contemporary silver tableware.
