My aim is to create jewellery that is both affordable and wearable with a clear and understated design. Working mostly with geometric shapes, I often combine silver and 18ct yellow gold. I like my pieces to evolve around the stones or beads I choose, not starting off with a finished design, but letting the shape, cut and colour of the stone influence the final outcome. My recent collection consists of necklaces and earrings using matt onyx combined with brushed silver. I have also been inspired by the natural forms and colours of freshwater pearls reflecting timeless elegance. My main influences are Architecture, designs of the Art Nouveau and Art Deco period as well as everyday life!
