THE GOLDSMITHS' Company's

is an example of a 21st century initiative from an organisation
which has spent the past 700 years of its history promoting
excellence in the design and craftsmanship of silver and jewellery.
The Goldsmiths' Company's Who's Who website
provides immediate and direct global access to help source that
hard-to-find, original and special jewel, silver piece or art
medal. Already regarded as an important promotional tool by
the more than 140 leading designer silversmiths, jewellers and
art medallists who subscribe to the site, the website makes
it incredibly easy to view their work. Designed to be flexible
and straightforward to use, Who's Who offers a variety
of search facilities for a specific item from one of the three
categories (jewellery, silver or art medals) or by region or
alphabetically for designers and makers. It also lists galleries
and retailers which feature works by the individual subscribers.
Searches can also be defined by product area and price range
or by the Quick Search option. The site also features excellent
colour images of the incredible variety of work available. |
