Hallmarking began here some 750 years ago and we at Assay Office London pride ourselves on our years of experience and our relationship with the craft. Our commitment to customer care, quality of mark and excellent service are always our main priorities.

As a result of this ethos we are offering two hallmarking packages. They are aimed at students on precious metal courses to help and encourage them upon entering the industry.

One package is for full-time students to get started and is essentially free, the other is for part-time students at less than half the normal cost. They both include an extensive tour of the Assay Office London which will give the students a chance to meet the staff and gain a greater understanding of how the Office operates.

Full-Time Student Package. Fee £30.00 (including VAT) and includes:

1. Registration at Assay Office London
   
2. A sponsor’s punch (from our designs)
3. Sponsor’s punch software, created for the lasers
4. A credit of £30 put on an account for hallmarking
5. An extensive tour of Assay Office London

Part-Time Student Package. Fee £60 (including VAT) and includes:

2. A sponsor’s punch (from our designs)
